This Privacy Policy explains how 10Ace ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the 10Ace mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
- Training videos you upload. The App allows you to upload tennis videos for analysis. These videos are processed to provide coaching insights.
- App usage data. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used, such as feature interactions and performance metrics. This data is not used to identify you.
- Push notification tokens. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications. This requires a device token.
Information we do not collect
The App does not require account creation or login. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details.
How we use information
- Provide AI coaching analysis and session feedback.
- Improve the App experience, reliability, and feature quality.
- Send product updates and training reminders via push notifications.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate the App:
- Firebase Analytics. Helps us measure usage and app performance.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging. Delivers push notifications.
- Superwall. Manages paywall presentation and in-app purchase flows.
Data retention
We retain uploaded videos and analytics data only for as long as needed to provide the App features and improve performance. You can delete videos from the App to remove them from future analysis.
Your choices
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
- You can stop using the App at any time.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
