Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 10Ace mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Use of the App
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and personal training.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App.
User content
You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading videos, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the content to provide coaching insights and improve the App.
Subscriptions and payments
The App uses Superwall to present paywalls and facilitate in-app purchases. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Subscription management, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple.
Push notifications
The App may send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging for updates and training reminders. You can control notifications through your device settings.
Disclaimers
The App provides training guidance and insights but does not guarantee athletic results. Use of the App is at your own risk. Always follow safe training practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10Ace and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
